Renowned Panico Salon and Spa has announced the winner of their company-wide Paul Mitchell Color Contest which took place this past summer. The contest was the culmination of color guru Collin Caruso’s master class, from which participants garnered artistic inspiration and fresh ideas. “We continually provide similarly stimulating opportunities to build morale and foster a creative environment.
